You were my childhood hero, and let's face it you still are...I remember you would never take no for an answer. Couldn't drive drunk, you'd crash at mom's place. Whenever I needed advice, you were there, though bad it would be you tried. I remember when you'd fight the drunks at the mobile home park, though old and feeble you were, you'd always win, regardless how many there were. I never knew my father, but you said that was okay, that's you'd be my father. I remember that fishing trip we always planned...The one we were going to go on when you got sick...Guess that's a no go now. I remember how proud you were everytime
